We are currently seeking a Resident Manager team to live and work at one of our properties located in Belleville. This position would require you to live in office and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend and on-call some evenings. This position would require you to work with a partner and share a two-bedroom apartment.

Resident
Managers play an important role in the successful operation of a residential rental building under our management.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring rents are collected on a timely basis
- Show and sell suites to prospective tenants
- Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators)
- Minor maintenance repairs• Preparing apartments for new residents• Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents• Assisting with leasing suites• Responding to on-call requestsRequirements of Resident Managers
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
