Valid Driver’s License & reliable car in community homecare is required

Up to date TB test within last 2 years

Blood pressure cuff and Sphygmomanometer Note: This is a specialty program for Peritoneal Dialysis, Wound Care, IV Management, Diabetic Care & Post Operative Care in the community.
