The ideal candidate will be more than a salesperson—they will act as a consultant, helping clients transform their living spaces. You will be responsible for guiding customers through our collections, providing expert advice on materials and layouts, and leveraging digital tools to provide a seamless shopping experience. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement: Greet and engage showroom visitors, using a consultative approach to identify their lifestyle needs and design preferences. Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our inventory, including furniture construction, fabric types, and "sculptural" or "minimalist" design principles.Design Assistance: Assist clients with spatial planning, color coordination, and fabric selection to create cohesive interior looks.
Sales Management:
Guide customers through the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry to closing—and maintain the database for follow-ups and lead generation.
Digital Integration: Use in-store tablets or design software to showcase 3D floor plans or custom order configurations.
Showroom Maintenance:
Ensure the sales floor is impeccably curated, assisting with furniture placement and updating tags during promotional events or floor clearances.
Post-Sale Support:
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure accurate delivery scheduling and address any post-purchase inquiries.
Required Skills & QualificationsExperience
: 1–3 years in retail sales, preferably in furniture, home décor,
or high-end luxury goods.
Design Flair:
A strong interest in interior design trends, such as Mid-Century Modern or Contemporary Minimalism.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with a diverse clientele.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems,and basic digital design software.
Physical Ability:
Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with moving lightweight floor samples or accessories.
Education:
