We are passionate about providing exceptional coffee experiences and creating a welcoming setting for our customers. We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team.

Job Description: As a Barista at Deville Coffee, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, supporting the service of high-quality beverages and food with excellent customer service, maintaining a positive team environment and culture, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your role will include:

- Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Taking orders and communicating effectively with your team.
- Preparing and serving a variety of drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, tea, and more.
- Operating coffee-making equipment and ensuring it is well-maintained.
- Keeping the cafe clean and organized, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhering to all health and safety guidelines.




- Assisting with the preparation and service of high quality food items.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is required.
- Must currently reside in the North Shore or Downtown Vancouver.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about the craft.
