Position Overview: We are looking for a full time baker for summer (Must be available on weekends, be able to commute for early morning shifts at 5:30 AM). As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of pastries, bread, and other baked goods. If you have a passion for baking and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, breads, and other baked items.
- Follow recipes and maintain consistency in product quality.
- Ensure all baked goods are fresh and ready for display.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area,
adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to manage inventory and supplies.
- Assist with special orders and seasonal items as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous baking experience preferred, but not required (we are willing to train the right candidate).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills and a strong work ethic.
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
