Kitchen Helper & Sushi Helper (Downtown Toronto)

We are a busy Japanese sushi restaurant in Downtown Toronto looking for hardworking Kitchen Helpers and Sushi Helpers to join our friendly team.

(Nepali applicants are very welcome! )

Job Requirements

- At least 3 months Canadian restaurant experience
- Teamwork and good communication
- Positive and easy-going attitude
- Basic knife skills (cutting, prepping, handling food safely)
- Willingness to learn recent kitchen and sushi preparation skills
- Able to work evening/late-night shifts (living near downtown is an advantage)

Responsibilities

- Help chefs with food preparation and sushi station
- Cut vegetables, fish, and other ingredients
- Keep kitchen area clean and organized
- Support team during busy hours
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
