As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, generating leads, and providing solutions to Delight the Customer®. You will play a pivotal role in qualifying and expanding our customer base and will work closely with various internal teams including sales and marketing.
How you will make an impact:
· Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
· Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
· Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to uncover opportunities and overcome objections.
· Maintain accurate and up to date records of all interactions and outcomes in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
· Meet or exceed monthly objectives and targets.
We’re looking for someone with
· High School diploma; College Degree an asset.
· Experience in outbound calling or telemarketing.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Ability to effectively navigate objections and handle rejections.
· Familiarity with using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
It’d be excellent if you are
· Self-motivated and driven to succeed with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
· Able to adapt and excel in fast paced, changing market conditions.
· Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
