Responsibilities & Qualifications

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients in understanding loan options and guiding them through the application process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies and compliance regulations diligently.




- Handle phone etiquette with professionalism to foster trust and rapport.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center roles.
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
- Analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Occasional tasks to be completed as assigned by CEO & COO
