Job Summary
Digitech Communications focuses on underground telecommunications construction. We are now accepting applications for potential openings in Spring 2026.

Responsibilities

- Operate mini excavators for various projects, including trenching, backfilling, grading, and site preparation
- Work closely with crews to ensure safe and efficient project completion
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment
- Adhere to all safety standards and procedures at all times
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications

Qualifications

- Experience: 1+ years operating mini excavators (mandatory)
- AZ or AR license is required
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, safety-focused, and teamwork-oriented
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Physical ability to operate heavy machinery safely for extended periods

Pay: $26.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50.0 – 60.0 per week
