Overview

We are looking for a motivated and safety-focused Floorhand/Roughneck to join our well servicing crews in the Kindersley area.

As a valued member of a five-person crew, you will play an essential role in well servicing operations, working in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and outdoor environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, thrive as part of a team, and are committed to maintaining the highest safety standards.

Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be working in a high-risk environment where teamwork, situational awareness, and clear communication are critical to ensuring the safety of everyone on location.

Duties

- Assist with the preparation, operation, and breakdown of service rig equipment and tools on-site
- Support the rig crew in setting up and taking down service rig equipment
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure safety and optimal performance
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure work setting for yourself and team members
- Support well service operations by assisting with tools, materials, and logistical needs

Skills





- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Experience or familiarity with oil & gas industry operations is preferred
- Working in physically demanding environments is highly valued
- Knowledge of rigging procedures and safety standards for lifting heavy loads
- Valid driver’s license
- First Aid

- Common Safety Orientation

Pay: $38.00-$40.00 per hour
