Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Community-Based Care
Pinnacle Pharmacy | Nanaimo, BC

What if your workplace felt as supportive and connected as the care you strive to provide your patients?

At Pinnacle Pharmacy, we’ve built more than just a healthcare service—we’ve created a team environment where people genuinely enjoy working together, support one another, and take pride in the difference they make every day. As a locally owned and operated pharmacy, our culture is rooted in respect, collaboration, and a shared commitment to doing meaningful work.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our close-knit, dedicated team. Through our Pinnacle Plus program, we deliver personalized, pharmacy-led care directly into our clients’ homes—supporting medication management, monitoring wellness, and helping individuals maintain independence and dignity.

This is a role for nurses who want more than just a job. It’s for those who value connection, who want to be part of a team that truly has their back, and who are motivated by making a real, lasting impact in the lives of patients and their families.
