Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely entry and communication with kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including food handling and proper food preparation practices
- Assist in restaurant setup, breakdown, and general maintenance to ensure a smooth operation

Experience





- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
- Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and transaction accuracy
- Understanding of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential

Pay: $18.25-$19.25 per hour
