Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and sales skills, and a passion for helping customers discover products that meet their needs. You will play a key role in providing a positive in-store experience, building brand loyalty, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming customers, answering inquiries, and offering personalized product recommendations.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through hands-on demos and clear explanations.
- Process purchases accurately using the POS system, including handling cash, debit, and credit card transactions.
- Stay informed about current promotions, current arrivals, and in-store campaigns to better assist customers.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed store sales targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, restock shelves, and organize displays to keep the store presentable and inviting.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- 1+ years of experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Confidence in explaining product specs and conducting consultative or technical sales.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
