Landscape Crew Leader / Foreman

Pay: $25–$35/hour (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Year-Round
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. (weather permitting)
Location: Keele St. & Lawrence Ave. W., North York, ON

We are a family-run landscaping company looking for a reliable, trustworthy, hardworking, enthusiastic, and physically fit individual to lead our lawn and garden maintenance crew. We are seeking someone who leads by example, takes pride in their work, and is committed to providing excellent service to our long-term clients.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise a landscaping crew
- Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and garden maintenance
- Planting and sodding
- Pruning trees and shrubs
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including:
- Lawn mowers
- Line trimmers
- Hedge trimmers
- Leaf blowers
- Perform routine equipment maintenance
- Snow removal and salting during winter

Requirements

- Experience in professional landscaping or lawn maintenance (crew leadership experience is an asset)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions




- Physically capable of repeatedly lifting up to 50 lbs
- G or G2 driver's licence with a clean driving record preferred
- CSA-approved safety boots and safety glasses required
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (no immigration sponsorship available)

Paid Working Interview: We believe a day on the job says more than an interview. Successful applicants will be invited to complete a paid trial day, after which salary will be negotiated based on performance and experience.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Experience:

- Landscape Crew Leader / Foreman: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Ontario G driver's licence? (required)
