Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
- Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and addressing any issues that arise
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking merchandise as necessary
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to provide a welcoming environment for customers
- Implement marketing initiatives to drive traffic and increase sales
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure smooth operations

Skills:

- Excellent phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues over the phone
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and vendors
- Proficient in math to handle cash transactions, calculate discounts, and manage inventory
- Experience in team management, including hiring, training,



scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customers
- Sales management skills to drive sales growth and meet targets
- Bilingual skills are an advantage in serving a diverse customer base
- Pricing knowledge to set competitive prices and maximize profitability
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the local market to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly
