Create a Real Difference! Bilingual RN Roles in a Caring Community Environment (North of Moncton)

Are you a bilingual Registered Nurse seeking a position where your clinical abilities are genuinely appreciated and your work-life balance is genuinely supported?

At RPI Consulting Group, we link committed nursing professionals with rewarding assignments that align with their lifestyle. Currently, we are seeking bilingual Registered Nurses for an extended relief placement at a friendly retirement community located just one hour north of Moncton.

This is far more than an ordinary shift—it's an opportunity to establish meaningful connections with residents, thrive in a steady setting, and enjoy a schedule that leaves plenty of time for your personal life. Proficiency in both English and French is required, as you will care for francophone residents and work alongside French-speaking teammates daily.

- Competitive compensation: $60–$65/hour, reflecting your skill and commitment.
- Accommodations offered: If you are traveling from outside the area, we have you covered.
- One-month initial contract: Extensions possible for high-performing candidates.
- Training & PPE supplied: So you can focus on care, not logistics.
- Single-site assignment: You’ll remain at one facility, fostering rapport with residents and staff.

- Coordinating emergency responses for falls, respiratory distress, or other urgent situations.
- Delivering compassionate general nursing care, from managing fatigue to wound care.

- Maintaining detailed records and communicating observations to the care team.

What You Need:

- Active RN registration with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick.
- Completion of a recognized two-year post-secondary nursing program.
- Bilingualism is essential—you must speak, read, and communicate fluently in both English and French to deliver safe, empathetic care and collaborate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
- Current CPR/AED and Standard First Aid certification.
- Valid liability and malpractice insurance.
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and the ability to act decisively in emergencies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—you connect easily with residents and teammates alike.
