Happy Kingdom Entertainment Centre in Nations Fresh Foods at St. Clair Ave West & Weston Road, Toronto has large, soft-play indoor playground, amusement game room , and party rooms targeting kids, youth and their families.

We are now recruiting Front Desk Operator in full time position.

Job Duties :

- Greet the customers
- Provide relevant information to guests
- Ensure that guests are aware of pricing , special events, and promotions
- Explain the rules of indoor playground , game room, and party to customers
- Handle and enforce waiver policies for indoor playground
- Complete sale transactions and POS procedures for indoor playground
- Complete sale transactions and game card transactions for game room
- Ensure guests adhere to site and Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Effectively handle and relay all guest inquires, questions, and concerns to the supervisors.
- Deal with customers party inquiries and coordinate party reservations.
- Help clients to book birthday parties.




- Coordinate birthday party events.
- Help to manage & restock party, playground, game room, and office supplies and inventory.
- Help to manage playground , game room and party room cleaning & general maintenance.
- Potential to be promoted to supervisor with good performance.

Qualifications :

- College / University or equivalent
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Be flexible to fit in business hours shifts
- Willing to work on weekends
- Positive communication and customer service skills
- MS Office Skills
- Mandarin Language Preferred
- Team Work, Accuracy and Responsible
- Problem solving skills
- Dependable and have a strong work ethic
- Experiences in catering, amusement, or hospitality industry preferred.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
