We are a growing manufacturing company in Concord, Ontario seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, hands-on Inventory Control & Production Assistant. This is a hands-on warehouse and production-floor position focused on inventory accuracy through cycle counting, shipping, receiving, packaging, and production support. We are looking for someone who enjoys keeping inventory organized, values accuracy, and is seeking a long-term career with our company.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform inventory control and cycle counting
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Organize stockrooms and inventory locations
- Receive incoming materials and kit materials for production
- Package finished products and prepare customer shipments
- Assist production as required
- Participate in annual physical inventory counts
- Learn and use our inventory management software (training provided)
Experience
Required
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on inventory control, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience
- Experience performing cycle counts and maintaining inventory accuracy is strongly preferred
- Manufacturing and warehouse experience are preferred
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Good computer skills
- Reliable and punctual

- Must be comfortable performing physical inventory counting and working in a warehouse/production environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and maintain a high level of accuracy
- Able to adapt to changing priorities in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment
Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Relevant warehouse, inventory, or manufacturing experience is valued more than formal education

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
