As Senior
Advisor, Governance and Leadership Enablement, you will help define the strategic vision for the
Commercial and Private Banking 1859 sector by supporting senior leadership through in-depth analyses and recommendations aligned with business challenges.
This position reports to the Vice
President & Head, Ontario - Commercial Banking, Private Banking 1859 and National
Client Group.
Your Role: Understand business challenges and support senior leadership in developing the strategic vision and plan for the Enterprises and Private Management sector. Assist executive leaders in the sector with strategic thinking and planning by providing in-depth analyses and recommendations based on market trends and business objectives. Support the VP and members of their executive committee in preparing presentations for the EDD and/or the Board of Directors.
Prepare and follow up on working sessions (e.g., stress-testing) with the N2-N3
executive committee, as well as any deliverables or priorities that emerge. Lead the prioritization exercises for strategic initiatives in the Enterprises and Private Management sector and monitor the project portfolio. Conduct market and competitive intelligence. Your Team:

Ontario, you will work closely with the leadership team and the strategy team.

Prerequisites: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret complex data. Experience in project management and strategic planning. In-depth knowledge of the banking sector, market, and competition. Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders. Capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
