What You’ll Do
You will work as part of a professional crew to maintain and restore residential and commercial properties. Core responsibilities include:
- Window Cleaning: Providing streak-free finishes for interior and exterior glass.
- Soft Washing: Safely cleaning home exteriors and siding using low-pressure techniques.
- Pressure Washing: Restoring driveways, patios, decks, and other hardscapes.
- Gutter Maintenance: Clearing debris and ensuring proper drainage systems.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliability: You have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to get to job sites or our central meeting point.
- Safety First:
A "Working at Heights" certification is strongly preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in general property maintenance or construction is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Communication: A background in sales or customer service is appreciated, as you will be interacting with homeowners daily.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to handle ladders and operate machinery in various outdoor weather conditions.
