Responsibilities

- Perform qualified skincare services including facials, exfoliations, and other esthetic treatments tailored to individual client needs
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision to enhance clients’ natural beauty
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment benefits to support their aesthetic goals
- Assist at the front desk by greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and managing client records efficiently
- Drive retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and upselling additional services to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
- Provide outstanding customer service by listening attentively, addressing questions,



and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in treatment areas according to health regulations and company policies

Requirements

- Valid esthetician license or certification as required by local regulations
- Experience with eyelash extensions and other advanced skincare treatments is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse clients
- Proven ability in retail sales and upselling techniques to promote products effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to handle front desk responsibilities including scheduling and client check-in/out processes
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning about new skincare trends, products, and techniques
