FFUN Kia Yorkton is looking for a Parts & Service Assistant to support our Parts and Service Department. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing:

- Ordering, receiving, and organizing parts inventory

- Maintaining an accurate and lean inventory while minimizing obsolete stock

- Assisting with monthly inventory counts and returns processing

- Adding parts to work orders and ensuring inventory accuracy

- Supporting customers with parts and service inquiries

- Communicating repair requirements, costs, and status updates to customers

- Working closely with technicians and advisors to support efficient operations

- Maintaining a clean, safe, organized and clutter-free work environment

What we're looking for:

- Automotive industry experience is an asset

- Professional attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction

- Accountable, adaptable and committed to teamwork

- Strong customer service and communication skills in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent organization and attention to detail

- Knowledge of inventory management practices

- Comfortable using computers and dealership software

- Ability to multitask and work independently

- Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's License is required
