Technical Specialist

Role Summary

We are seeking a Technical Specialist to provide application development, production support, and operational maintenance for a platform integration deployed within the client’s private cloud infrastructure.

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining code, investigating production incidents, supporting network and certificate-related activities, and maintaining integrations across technologies such as Microsoft Bot Framework, Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce, Google Dialogflow, Node.js, and large language model-based autonomous agent development platforms.

Key Responsibilities Investigate and troubleshoot production incidents using documented procedures, monitoring solutions, and automated diagnostic tools.

Analyze application, API, network, and infrastructure logs to identify root causes and recommend appropriate resolutions.

Support custom platform adapter applications and associated messaging workflows.

Develop and maintain code for data ingestion, data translation, and data-masking services.

Monitor and troubleshoot network-related issues involving virtual machines, IP addresses, DNS resolution, routing, and system connectivity.

Support certificate management activities, including scheduled renewals, validation, deployment, and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with client Infrastructure, DevOps, Microsoft Support, and other vendor support teams during incident investigation and resolution.

Support integrations with client-developed APIs and validate API responses, payloads, error messages, and HTTP status codes.

Participate in knowledge-transfer sessions, code reviews, technical documentation, release activities, and operational readiness assessments.

Maintain accurate support documentation, troubleshooting procedures, and technical runbooks.

Skills

Candidates must have a strong understanding of: Virtual machines, IP networking, DNS resolution, connectivity, and network architecture.

Python development and scripting, including experience with the Pandas library and related technologies.

Production support, incident management, and technical troubleshooting.

Certificate management and SSL/TLS concepts.

SSH, Vim, JSON validation, and command-line troubleshooting.

Native HTML, CSS, and JavaScript web application development.

REST APIs, API integrations, and API troubleshooting.

Log analysis, problem investigation, and root-cause analysis.

Required

Experience

Candidates should have experience with: Node.js server-side application development and support.

Microsoft Bot Framework, Salesforce Einstein or Agentforce, Google Dialogflow, or similar autonomous AI agent development platforms.

Microsoft Teams integrations and enterprise messaging platforms.

Event-driven application architectures.

Azure Repos, Azure development environments, and related DevOps practices.

Large language models and AI-enabled application integrations.

Amazon S3, Amazon DynamoDB, and other database technologies.

Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting enterprise applications deployed within regulated or highly controlled environments.

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and their respective enterprise support processes.

Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Infrastructure, DevOps, application development, cybersecurity, and vendor support organizations.

Strong technical documentation, operational support, and knowledge-transfer skills.

Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to production incidents.
