Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Supervisor, to oversee daily restaurant operations. In this role, you will lead a team to ensure smooth service, uphold food safety standards, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, restaurant management experience, and a passion for the food industry.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily restaurant activities, including food preparation, serving, and cash handling.
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
- Assist with interviewing, training, and onboarding new staff to build a cohesive team.
- Oversee food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with health regulations and safety standards.




- Manage POS systems such as Micros to process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Support restaurant management in inventory control, order placement, and stock rotation.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Prior supervising or team management experience in the food service or hospitality industry.
- Robust knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols.
- Experience with restaurant POS systems like Micros or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff effectively.
- Background in restaurant management or hotel experience is preferred.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on teamwork, training, and problem-solving.
