Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty services, particularly in eyelash extensions, and will provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This role requires a keen eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Responsibilities

- Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction with the final look.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide additional beauty services such as body waxing, nail care, makeup application, but not needed.
- Engage with clients to offer personalized consultations and recommend appropriate services or products.
- Assist in retail sales by promoting beauty products that complement the services offered.
- Deliver outstanding guest services by addressing client inquiries and ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit.




- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in eyelash extensions and other beauty services through continuous education and training.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Proficient in applying eyelash extensions with knowledge of various techniques and styles.
- Robust skills in customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with body waxing, nail care, makeup application is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to sanitize tools and maintain hygiene standards consistently.
- A valid cosmetology or esthetician license is required but not mandatory
- Passion for beauty trends and a commitment to providing high-quality service to clients.

Pay: $17.75-$20.00 per hour
