Casa Del Pane is looking for an experienced, dependable baker who is available to work a permanent overnight shift and can start immediately.

We are a busy, high-energy Italian bakery and deli known for quality, craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service. As a true scratch bakery, we produce everything in-house, including breads, sourdough, cookies, pastries, cakes, and other traditional Italian baked goods.

Overnight Shift

10:30 PM to 6:00 AM
Full-time, permanent position
Immediate availability is strongly preferred

This position is ideal for an experienced baker who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their craft, and prefers the consistency of a dedicated overnight schedule.

What We Are Looking For

- Minimum 5 years of professional baking experience
- Available and committed to working the overnight shift
- Able to start immediately
- Strong experience with scratch baking
- Bread, sourdough, pastry,



or Italian baking experience is an asset
- Able to work independently and manage overnight production
- Efficient and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance
- Passionate about producing high-quality baked goods
