Office Manager / Treatment Coordinator

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Office Manager / Treatment Coordinator to join our growing dental team.

This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people, building strong patient relationships, and helping a busy dental office run smoothly. The ideal candidate has dental office experience, strong communication skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate patient treatment plans and financial arrangements
- Help patients understand their treatment options and answer questions
- Manage scheduling and daily office flow
- Support and lead the front office team
- Assist with accounts receivable, insurance claims, and collections
- Work closely with dentists and team members to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a dental office required
- Experience as an Office Manager, Treatment Coordinator, or senior administrator preferred
- Familiarity with Tracker is an asset
- Robust communication and organizational skills




- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills

Compensation: Based on experience

Pay: $38.00-$47.00 per hour
