Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring smooth operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest billing.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain front desk operations, including managing phone systems and responding to calls.
- Ensuring all financial data is accurate and balanced.
- Prepare reports for management regarding occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including maintaining records and filing documents.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options,



and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management software is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently during the shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A friendly demeanor with a professional appearance is essential for this role.
