K TRANS LOGISTICS is a leading international logistics provider with a global presence. We are seeking a full-time, bilingual (English/Chinese) Warehouse Import/Export Operations Clerk & Dispatcher to join our team in Delta, BC.

Location: 877 Cliveden Ave, Delta, BC V3M 5R6

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule warehouse operations for import and export shipments, including receiving, sorting, loading, unloading, and dispatch.
- Track shipment schedules to ensure all goods are received or dispatched on time.
- Communicate effectively with clients, drivers, shipping companies, and customs brokers to ensure accurate and smooth information flow.
- Accurately input and update shipment data in the company system and maintain related documentation.
- Assist with general warehouse duties to ensure a protected and efficient working environment.

Qualifications:

- Must be fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, freight,



or logistics role is required (international logistics experience is a plus).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Experience with ERP systems is an asset.
- A strong ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player.
