What You’ll Do

- Present and sell aftermarket products, protection packages, and extended warranties using a professional menu-selling approach
- Secure the best financing options for every customer while maintaining compliance and accuracy
- Utilize Quorum DMS to efficiently manage documentation and deal flow




- Collaborate with the sales and management teams to achieve departmental and dealership goals
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time — from first impression to final signature
- Set explicit performance goals and strategies to consistently exceed monthly targets

What We’re Looking For

- Proven success in an automotive Financial Services or Business Office role
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A customer-first mindset paired with a results-driven attitude
- Valid OMVIC and driver’s licenses
