Barcelos Flame Grilled Chicken is looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated Team Members to join our restaurant team. This position involves assisting with both front-of-house and kitchen duties, including taking customer orders, serving guests, preparing food, and supporting daily restaurant operations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, enjoy interacting with customers, and be willing to learn different areas of the restaurant. Previous restaurant experience is helpful, but not required. Training will be provided.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and process payments
- Serve food and assist guests as needed
- Prepare food items according to restaurant standards
- Support kitchen staff with daily food preparation and operations
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and portioning standards
- Keep work areas, dining areas, and kitchen spaces clean and organized
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures at all times
- Restock supplies, packaging, and ingredients as needed
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service during busy periods




- Help create a welcoming and positive experience for every guest

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or food service experience is an asset, but not required
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude
- Willingness to learn both front-of-house and kitchen duties
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Basic understanding of food safety and cleanliness standards is an asset

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in good service, and is comfortable helping in different areas of the restaurant. Team Members may be scheduled for front counter, serving, kitchen, or general restaurant support duties depending on business needs.
