About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for AI Delivery in Canada. This leadership role is pivotal in transforming strategic AI priorities into scalable, production-ready solutions that provide tangible business value. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams, driving the adoption of modern AI delivery practices, and ensuring that AI solutions are reusable, responsible, and aligned with business objectives.





The role demands a leader who can balance speed, innovation, and operational excellence, and who is adept at building and scaling AI delivery capabilities within an enterprise environment.

Candidates for this position should have a minimum of 12 years' progressive leadership experience in delivering large-scale technology, digital, data, analytics, AI, or business transformation initiatives. A strong background in leading multidisciplinary teams and a proven track record in building and scaling contemporary delivery organizations, particularly in the AI domain, are essential.
The role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, delivery approaches, and the ability to influence executive stakeholders. Experience in transforming organizations from project-based to product-based delivery models and a strong grasp of responsible AI principles are also key qualifications.

A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with advanced degrees being an asset, and experience in highly regulated industries is preferred.
