This full time role is ideal for experienced HVAC/R technicians with a focus on customer support and problem-solving in commercial and light industrial systems. You'll utilize your hands-on experience with rooftop units, VRF systems, and chillers to provide high-quality training and post-sales support.

Your contribution will help maximize the performance of Kerr's product lines for diverse customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide post-sale technical support via phone, email, and onsite visits
- Troubleshoot diverse HVAC/R equipment and controls




- Lead training sessions for customers and internal teams
- Offer both onsite and remote startup assistance
- Collaborate on pre-sales design and commissioning efforts

Requirements:

- 5-10 years of HVAC/R field experience
- Completion of an HVAC/R technical program
- Solid understanding of commercial systems
- Valid driver's license and clean record
- Bilingual (French/English) considered an asset
