Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Solution Manager to provide strategic leadership across SAP sustainment operations and enterprise-wide SAP transformation initiatives. This role requires a seasoned ERP professional with extensive experience delivering and supporting complex SAP ecosystems, driving functional and technical excellence, and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, governance, cybersecurity, and business objectives.

The successful candidate will support a multi-platform SAP environment that includes SAP Success Factors, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Concur, Workforce Software, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP Integration Suite , while providing leadership across current operations and future ERP modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with ERP program teams to support both SAP sustainment and implementation initiatives.
- Provide end-to-end leadership across SAP functional design, technical architecture, integration strategy, and operational support.
- Ensure SAP solutions are scalable, secure, supportable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Lead enterprise integration architecture across SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Design and oversee API-based, middleware, and event-driven integration solutions.
- Manage data migration, system integration, and business process alignment across SAP solutions.
- Establish and mature IT Service Management (ITSM) practices aligned with ITIL standards.
- Deliver deep functional expertise across HR, Payroll, Finance, and Procurement business processes.
- Provide technical leadership across SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, identity and access management,



transport management, and environment strategies.
- Optimize service delivery processes using Service Now, Azure Dev Ops, and SAP4Me.
- Define governance models, KPIs, support frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives for SAP operations.
- Ensure operational readiness through documentation, training, monitoring, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Support project delivery through design workshops, fit-gap analysis, testing, cutover planning, and hypercare support.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive SAP experience across solution delivery, implementation, and sustainment.
- Minimum 4 years of senior-level leadership experience within complex enterprise SAP environments.
- Strong expertise in:
- SAP Success Factors Employee Central (EC)
- Employee Central Advantages (ECB)
- Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Workforce Software (Time & Attendance)
- Hands-on experience supporting payroll integrations and workforce management solutions.
- Experience with:
- SAP Success Factors
- SAP S/4HANA Finance and Procurement
- SAP Concur
- Workforce Software
- Proven experience designing and supporting SAP integrations using APIs, middleware, and SAP integration technologies.
- Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes, with working knowledge of Finance and Procurement functions including GL, AP/AR, and Procure-to-Pay.
- Experience with ITSM frameworks and ITIL-aligned processes.
- Hands-on experience with Service Now,



Azure Dev Ops, and SAP4Me.
- Strong technical knowledge of:
- SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
- SAP Integration Suite
- API-led integration architectures
- Experience with governance and delivery methodologies such as SAP Activate, COBIT, or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, identity and access management, segregation of duties, audit controls, and data governance within SAP environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven root cause analysis capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery and operational support.

Mandatory Certifications

Applicants must possess at least one SAP certification such as:

- SAP Certified Application Associate (or equivalent SAP certification)

Proof of certification is required. Candidates who do not meet the mandatory certification requirement will not be considered.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience working in public sector or highly regulated environments.
- Experience supporting or integrating:
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- SAP Ariba
- Construction Project Management solutions
- Capital Budget Forecasting systems
- Annual Business Budgeting platforms
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP Concur implementation projects.

Preferred Certifications

- SAP Certified Associate – SAP Success Factors Employee Central
- SAP Certified Associate – SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Workforce Software Certified Consultant
- ITIL Foundation Certification

Additional Information

- Hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of two onsite days per week.
- Travel between organizational locations may be required.
