Fleet Management company seeking a licensed mechanic for call centre maintenance authorization position. Ascertains automotive repair and service issues by listening to maintenance shop’s description of symptoms; clarifying description of problems; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules.

Provides purchase orders for maintenance authorization and obtains approval as needed. Enters purchase order into the service database system.

Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and providing recommendations, obtains customer’s approval of estimates.

Must have excellent computer skills.

Must be fully bilingual (English and French)

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per hour

Experience:

- Customer Service: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- ASE Master Automotive Technician Certification (required)
