Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated fourth year Apprentice Electrician or Journeyman to join our team and gain hands-on experience in electrical installation and maintenance within residential, commercial and agricultural environments. This position offers the opportunity to develop essential skills under the guidance of experienced electricians, contributing to various electrical projects. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, reliable, and interested in building a career in the electrical trade, willingness to work overtime is also an asset. A reliable method of transport is also required.

Responsibilities

- Assist licensed electricians with installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in residential, commercial, and agricultural settings
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as wiring, conduit bending, and component installation
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to support project execution
- Work with low voltage systems as well as high voltage components under supervision




- Support the setup of electrical panels and wiring systems according to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures during daily tasks

Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of electrical systems gained through coursework or prior experience in construction and other environments
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, schematics, blueprints, and blueprint reading skills
- Experience or interest in working with low voltage systems and residential electrical components is preferred
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in physically demanding environments
- Robust attention to detail, safety awareness, and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
