We are currently seeking an EDI Specialist to join a growing accessories company in Montreal!

- Monitor shipping dates and specifications for all orders
- Communicate with our third-party warehouses and ensure that work orders are transferred seamlessly
- Maintain ERP system details
- Manage data transfers from EDI to fulfillment to achieve complete, accurate, and on-time order fulfillment.
- Ensure customer compliance (based on customer ship guides) to avoid chargebacks/delays
- Verify inventory availabilities/allocations
- Weekly review of results with Sales teams.
- Assist in the review and research of all disputes rejected claims to determine next steps.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 5+ years in a similar position
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (excel specifically) and Adobe suite.
- Proficiency in Momentis is an asset, knowledge of EDI order processing
- Ability to work in a quick-paced and rapidly changing environment with multitasking capability and prioritization skills
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
