Job Summary

Hawg Pitt Motorcycles is looking for a skilled Motorcycle Mechanic/Technician to join our team. We work on everything from daily riders to custom builds, and we want someone with a strong mechanical background, sharp problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with motorcycle repair and maintenance. This role covers diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and making sure every bike leaves safe and running right. Responsibilities

- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using specialized tools and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tire replacements, brake inspections, tune-ups
- Repair or replace faulty parts using hand and power tools
- Install custom parts and accessories (handlebars, exhaust, wheels, etc.)
- Conduct safety inspections to ensure motorcycles meet industry standards
- Road test motorcycles before and after repairs
- Keep detailed,



accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed
- Order parts and supplies as needed to complete repairs efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized work area to promote safety and productivity
- Provide clear, straightforward communication with customers about repairs and maintenance

Experience

- 2+ years of motorcycle mechanic experience (dealership or independent shop) preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge of engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
- Experience with Harley-Davidson, Indian, and metric cruisers an asset
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to troubleshoot problems efficiently and accurately
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to motorcycle repair
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills; able to work independently or as part of a team
