Job Summary - Sales consultant

What the position entails:

Establish and nurture customer relationships for the purpose of presenting New and Pre-Owned vehicles.
Handle incoming sales traffic (on the telephone, internet, and in person).
Turn over all sales customers to the finance office.
Arrange deliveries through sales management and the finance office.
Actively prospect new customers on a continuous basis.
Follow up with past deliveries ensuring the customers’ expectations have been satisfied.
Close sales through proper execution of a defined sales process.
What we expect:

No car sales experience required.
OMVIC certification required.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations.
Represent the business onsite and offsite with the upmost professionalism.
