POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are currently looking for a rental agent for our properties in Quartier Unilia in Laval. Are you a sales ace? Are you proactive and do you have innovative ideas in terms of marketing and sales? We have the opportunity for you!

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Carry out visits and negotiate rental contracts according to established policies, service offer and promotions, in conjunction with the property manager
- Ensure follow-ups and inspections of vacant units so that they are ready and clean
- Follow up on move-ins and move-outs
- Follow up on prospects and complete the documents required for the rental
- Input the necessary data at given time in Hopem
- Issue rental activity reports and proceed with renewal requests, if necessary




- Perform business development and develop current marketing strategies with management approval
- Provide rental reports or other report requested by the building manager
- Receive potential customers
- Respond to current customers on pricing and lease terms
- Respond to requests from existing tenants (questions, comments, service requests, etc.)

Administration

- Provide a high level of customer service
- Perform other related duties

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- High availability, evenings and weekends
- Bilingualism
- Good knowledge of the South Shore market
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a rental position in the real estate sector
