Job Summary

Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements or takeout orders
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing orders and payments
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained during food handling and serving
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction
- Assist with food serving, and maintaining cleanliness in the front-of-house area




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure efficient service flow and guest satisfaction

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Robust customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is desirable
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
