About the Role
We’re looking for experienced, detail-oriented cleaners to take on jobs as independent contractors. This is ideal if you want consistent work and respect for your time, without being tied to a 9–5.

What You’ll Do
- Perform residential cleaning (standard, deep, move-out, post-construction)
- Bring a qualified attitude into customers’ homes and businesses
- Follow agreed scopes so the space is left up to our standard at the end of each job
- Communicate promptly about arrival, issues, or schedule changes
Minimum Requirements (do NOT apply if you do not meet these):
- 12+ months of professional cleaning experience (residential & post construction)
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Your own cleaning supplies & equipment (Vacuum must be high quality)
- Smart phone with data for GPS and job app
- Able to pass a background check
- Legally able to work in the Canada.
- Comfortable working as a contractor (you handle your own taxes; this is not a employee job)
Compensation & Hours
- Contractor, paid per job (no guaranteed hours; work depends on client demand and skills)
- Typical work is [Mon–Fri / weekends optional]
