Forest View Industries is a leading supplier of premium interior doors, architectural hardware, wood mouldings, and our proprietary ZIP-CLIK® contemporary trim systems. We proudly serve custom home builders, architects, designers, contractors, and building material dealers throughout Southern Ontario.

At Forest View Industries, we don't compete by simply offering the lowest price. We earn our customers' business through technical expertise, premium products, exceptional customer service, and long-term relationships. We're looking for someone who shares those values.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused Inside Sales & Estimating Coordinator to join our team.

This position combines inside sales, estimating, customer service, product knowledge, and hands-on field training. You will work closely with experienced sales professionals, gaining firsthand exposure to customer meetings, jobsites, builders, architects, designers, and some of Ontario's finest custom residential projects while developing the skills needed for a successful career in outside sales.

If you are ambitious, enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are looking for a long-term career with opportunities for advancement, we'd love to hear from you.

- Work closely with our outside sales team to help convert quotations into sales orders.
- Follow up on quotations and customer inquiries in a qualified and timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with purchasing, production, and shipping to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Maintain accurate customer, quotation, and project information using Salesforce CRM and QuickBooks.
- Participate in ongoing product and industry training.
- Accompany our outside sales team on customer visits, jobsites, builder meetings, architect and designer presentations, lunch-and-learn events, and product demonstrations to develop technical product knowledge, strengthen customer relationships, and gain valuable field experience.
- As your experience grows, you'll have opportunities to build customer relationships, assist with business development, support key customer accounts, and prepare for a future Outside Sales role.
- Perform other related duties that support the continued growth of the company.

Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Positive attitude with a genuine desire to learn and grow professionally.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
- Comfortable learning technical products and construction-related applications.

- Experience using Salesforce, QuickBooks, or similar CRM and business management software is considered an asset.
- Experience in interior doors, architectural hardware, wood mouldings, millwork, building materials, construction,

estimating, inside sales, or customer service is considered an asset but is not required.
- A valid Ontario G driver's licence and reliable transportation are required, as this position includes regular travel to customer offices, jobsites, and project meetings as part of your training and professional development.

What We Offer

- Competitive salary plus an uncapped performance-based incentive program.
- Comprehensive product and industry training.
- Hands-on mentoring from experienced sales professionals.
- Exposure to custom home builders, architects, designers, and premium residential construction projects throughout Southern Ontario.
- A supportive team environment that values initiative, teamwork, continuous learning, and professional development.

Your Career Path

At Forest View Industries, we believe in promoting from within. This position is designed to develop the next generation of sales professionals.
