We are looking for a Service and Rental Coordinator to join our team in Sudbury, ON!

Responsibilities

- Proactively monitor service agreements and rental contracts
- Coordinate the making of appointments with clients for service and rental equipment
- Plan and dispatch technicians for service calls and equipment installations
- Coordinate the delivery, pick-up, and availability of rental equipment
- Maintain up-to-date information in the computer system
- Prepare and manage rental agreements, quotations and invoices
- Coordinate parts sales related to service and rental activities
- Ensure equipment availability and follow-up on rental fleet utilization
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Promote the products and services of the company
- Perform any other related tasks

Qualifications





- 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance equipment or equipment rental coordination
- Knowledge of compressed air systems (an asset)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, sense of priorities and autonomy
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
- Team player with a proactive approach
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
