As a Journeyman Service Technician, you are essential to our customers' success. They depend on your strong commitment, extensive expertise, and sharp troubleshooting skills to ensure their equipment operates reliably and efficiently. Envision yourself leading a team of skilled Technicians in a state-of-the-art shop that provides all the necessary support and resources for you to execute exceptional work on their equipment.

Responsibilities

- Perform maintenance and repairs on John Deere equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure high-quality service delivery.




- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their equipment needs and service recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology related to equipment servicing.

Requirements

- Relevant experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.

Pay: $70,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
