We are looking for a Dental Assistant who is organized, professional, fast-moving, and committed to creating an excellent patient experience.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in clinical support, patient comfort, and keeping the day running smoothly.

The right candidate should be polished, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment with high standards.

Responsibilities

- Assist dentists during clinical procedures
- Prepare operatories before appointments
- Turn over rooms efficiently and thoroughly
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection prevention standards
- Take X-rays if qualified
- Support patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
- Maintain clinical supplies and assist with inventory
- Communicate clearly with dentists, hygienists, and front desk




- Help maintain smooth clinical flow throughout the day
- Support a 5-star patient service experience

What We’re Looking For

- Dental assisting experience preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of dental or healthcare experience preferred
- HARP certification is an asset
- Level II Dental Assistant certification is an asset
- ClearDent experience preferred
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Warm, polished, and professional attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- No-drama, team-first mindset
- Willingness to learn and grow with the office
- Personality fit is mandatory

Schedule

Eleven Dental is open 7 days a week.

Office hours:

- Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Full-time and part-time schedules may be available. Evening and weekend availability is an asset.
