About the Role:

Everest Estate Homes Inc. is seeking a hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented Experienced General Labourer to join our growing team.

You will work alongside our project managers, site crew, and subcontractors on a variety of custom residential construction projects. Because we specialize in custom homes, we take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and are looking for someone who shares that same commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free job site by sweeping, managing waste, organizing materials, and protecting finished surfaces.
- Load, unload, and safely transport building materials, including hardwood, custom millwork, drywall, lumber, and other construction materials.
- Assist with framing, cutting blocking, drilling joists, installing temporary weatherproofing, and other carpentry-related tasks.
- Perform selective interior and exterior demolition while salvaging reusable materials and protecting existing finishes when required.
- Safely operate and maintain power tools such as circular saws, drills, grinders, and reciprocating saws.
- Operate light construction equipment, including skid steers and compactors, when required.
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and general construction duties as directed by the project manager.




- Maintain a skilled, team-oriented attitude on site.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience is required.
- Experience in custom home construction or renovations is considered a strong asset.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs or more on a regular basis and performing demanding work in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
- CSA-approved steel-toe boots are required.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
