True North Automotive is a locally owned and operated automotive and fleet repair facility in the Wood Buffalo region. We perform all automotive repairs from electrical diagnosis and alignments, to brake and engine repairs. To ensure optimum customer service, we’re hiring a Service Advisor to work one-on-one with our clients. Your job will be to advise customers on the available parts and service options when their vehicles need repairs. We’re looking for someone who can develop extensive product knowledge and to serve all of our customers with a friendly smile and honest guidance.
*Experience in the field would be preferred.
Duties include, consulting with technicians about necessary repairs needed for the customer, writing estimates and repair orders, taking payment for invoices, and other general office duties.
Shift is Monday - Friday, 8:00am -5:00pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
