Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting all aspects of prescription dispensing and day-to-day pharmacy operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, able to multitask, and takes pride in delivering excellent service while working closely with a small team.

Responsibilities

- Assist pharmacists with medication preparation and dispensing processes.
- Support patient care activities by providing clear communication and assistance.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper storage of medications.
- Follow all safety protocols and pharmacy regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.




- Contribute to a positive and efficient pharmacy environment.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous pharmacy experience required
- Pharmacy Assistant or Technician course considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks

Work Environment

- Small team (approximately 4–5 staff members)
- Fast-paced but supportive and collaborative
- Strong focus on teamwork, accountability, and patient care
