Controller

Location: Mississauga, ON
Hybrid: 3 Days In Office | 2 Days Remote

We're looking for a Controller who is passionate about driving operational excellence, improving processes, and leveraging technology to build a best-in-class finance function.

What You'll Do

- Lead the month-end and year-end close process.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and ensure IFRS compliance.
- Oversee AP, AR, General Ledger, and day-to-day accounting operations.
- Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve systems, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and support the accounting team while fostering continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

- CPA designation.




- 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
- Experience gained within a Big 4 accounting firm, combined with industry experience.
- Solid knowledge of IFRS (US GAAP is an asset).
- Proven experience leading month-end close in a multi-entity environment.
- Strong background in accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Highly tech-savvy with a passion for improving systems and processes.
- Innovative, proactive, and comfortable driving change.
- Experience partnering closely with operations to improve business performance.
- Ability to work onsite in Mississauga three days per week.
